Always ask why

Always ask ‘Why?’ Because without a clear reason for doing something, even the most committed and loyal person will eventually abandon the hope of finishing whatever it is. To start with why, ask yourself: Why does this need to be done? Why is change needed? Why do those changes matter? Why should other people care? Why hasn't this been done? Why will this time be different?
